On 2026-06-10 an attacker made the Secret-side ics20-for-axelar bridge contract mint seven Axelar-bridged tokens (saUSDT, saUSDC, saWETH, saWBTC, saDAI, saWBNB, saWstETH) with nothing behind them, about $4.67M in total, then redeemed them through the real Axelar channel, which released the escrowed assets.
