It is a Telegram guarantee marketplace; its category channels t.me/oydb888 (~56K subscribers) and t.me/xyxy (~115K) list public groups for '跑分洗资' (payment-running / fund washing), card-to-USDT and QR-to-USDT cash-in (卡接回U, 码接回U), 'white funds' USDT payout, acceptance (承兑), counterfeit-currency and gambling categories, with deposits of 600–10,000 USDT.
