Hifi Finance DAO proposal 22 was created on 28 October 2026 by 0xe1073a50b831b4dcac5b62f2c88f26393384cf6f. Per researcher Spreek's incident brief, it would make that address the pending admin of Hifi's timelock and mint 10,000,000,000 new HIFI to it. As of this report the governor contract (0xef0a0421…e007) shows it as Pending, with voting due to open around 30 October. Nothing has been taken.
