HAMAS is a U.S.-designated Foreign Terrorist Organization and Specially Designated Global Terrorist. FBI affidavits made public by the Justice Department on September 1, 2026 say that its military wing, the al-Qassam Brigades, collected cryptocurrency donations by emailing donors a one-time USDT (TRC20) address from fund[@]alqassam[.]ps, with instructions to avoid sending from Binance and not to name the recipient to whoever made the transfer.
