GoldPesa (GPX) Uniswap v4 hook on Base was exploited on 2026-10-02 (~13:05 UTC), diverting about $115,000 (attacker netted ~114,428 USDC and swapped to ~96,389 USDT). Per Blackpaper BP-1319 (https://blackpaper.wiki/incident/BP-1319/), which verified the exploit tx on-chain, the attacker wallet sent the exploit and received the USDT; an attack contract performed the shared-delta rebalance abuse.
