CL8Y DEX (Terra Classic) published incident archive Case 20261016_001 for unauthorized wallet-signed asset movements on 2026-10-15 UTC (first unauthorized deposit 02:10:35 UTC). Funds from three affected Terra Classic wallets were bridged to BSC via the CL8Y bridge (CL8Y, USDT, vFDUSD) and LUNC/USTC were routed through Osmosis. CL8Y reports unauthorized use of signing authority (mechanism unresolved) and found no contract exploit.
